Our family had an unforgettable experience with the Jeep and Camel Safari in the stunning Thar desert. We were thrilled as we rode through the vast sandy landscape on camels, feeling like true desert adventurers. The jeep safari provided an exhilarating ride over the sand dunes, adding a touch of excitement to our desert exploration. We were captivated by the awe-inspiring sunset, painting the sky with vibrant hues. The guides were knowledgeable and made sure we felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire adventure. It was an incredible opportunity for our family to create lasting memories together.
For dads, it would be great if there were more activities specifically designed for children.

I loved staying there and the location was good. walkable distance from main attractions. Don't miss the rooftop. Food was delicious and quantity was good. Ali bhai was very helpful and he did arrange camel safari and night stay in dunes. We checked in at around 4 am in the morning without any issue. Staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was clean and comfy, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. Water pressure was great. Complimentary pick-up from the train station was exactly what we needed at 6AM – thank you! the rooms were spacious and breakfast was delicious.
Felt great, no reason to complain.

The breakfast was just average, but who needs a gourmet meal when you can have a vegetarian breakfast every morning? The rooftop restaurant had a decent variety of cuisines, perfect for when you can't decide what to eat. The hotel also had free WiFi, so I could stay connected to the world while pretending to be on vacation. And oh, a hairdresser's at the property? Because clearly, I went to Jaisalmer to get a new hairstyle.
Oh, how could I forget the "free public parking nearby"? Who doesn't love spending hours trying to find a parking spot that's not really "free public parking"?

Friendly staff, clean room, nice rooftop area with a restaurant. Close to the fort/city center. Offered safari tours and luggage storage. Free pick up from the train station.
Difficult to find the hotel without the staff pick up. Noisy nights due to nearby marriages.

The room at Rumis Desert Camp was absolutely amazing! It had a stunning sunset view, which made me feel like I was in paradise.
Personally, I found the attached bathroom a bit small, but others might still find it perfectly comfortable.

Breakfast actually looks like a meal and they have decent options. The rooftop restaurant serves a mishmash of cuisines, perfect if you can't decide what to eat. The free WiFi was a saving grace, at least I had something to do while waiting for my hairdresser.
Wow, such convenient parking nearby, I'm sure everyone loves walking long distances with their suitcases.

The hotel is conveniently located near Air force circle Bus stand, making it easy to access. Guests can also ask around for a different safari, ensuring they have a unique experience. The hotel is situated in the historic Jaisalmer fort, providing a charming and authentic atmosphere.
One minor drawback is that there is no mention of specific views from the hotel.

Loved the vegetarian breakfast every morning. The rooftop restaurant was a treat with its variety of Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines. Plus, the free WiFi was a lifesaver for my social media addiction. I also had the pleasure of finding out there's a hairdresser's on-site!
So disappointed that there wasn't a unicorn carousel in the parking lot. How can they call themselves a hotel without one?

I had a lovely stay at a hotel that miraculously managed to have a vegetarian breakfast. The rooftop restaurant served whatever cuisine I wanted, because I am so special. , they had free WiFi, because who can survive without it these days?
Oh, I was so disappointed that they didn't have a personal hairdresser at the property. How can I possibly survive without one?

The value for money at this desert camp and resort was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location inside the fort was great, with stunning views from the rooftop. The staff at Rumis Desert Camp And Resort were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality was top-notch.
The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of choices.
